Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

We will process your order within 1-2 business days. If the order has not been processed for more than 10 days and there are no special instructions, please contact us to re-deliver the goods or apply for a refund.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

Shipping area

Currently, we only provide service to the continental United States. Due to the sustained global impact of COVID-19, international shipping has been greatly restricted and we have chosen to temporarily close our international service in order not to compromise the overall quality of our service. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.

Transportation

Our shipping costs are based on the amount of your order. If you choose USPS First Class Package Shipping, orders under $49.99 are subject to a $4.99 charge, and orders over $49.99 (inclusive) are shipped free.

Package shipping takes 2-5 business days, so delivery time is usually 3-7 business days.

Taxes

Due to the epidemic, international orders are not supported for the time being. Tariffs and consumption tax (if any) shall be borne by consumers.

Lost goods

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at contact@BrillianceHair.com. We will assist you in dealing with the logistics company, but we are not responsible for the loss of the package.

What if the order processing takes too long?

Assuming that the order processing time is longer than 10 business days unless otherwise stated, we have 2 processing methods, one is a direct refund without shipping, and the other is to arrange for shipping and reissue a $6 coupon.

What if the shipping time is too long?

If the shipping time is longer than 60 business days, please confirm whether your receiving information is filled in completely. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If you fill in the correct information, you can contact our customer service and choose to resend or refund.
